Planning to buy a blu ray player soon. i was looking for your guys opinion about whats out there in the market at the moment. Not lookign for any combo drives . just a blu ray disc player and with perfect picture , sound , great ratings, etc.

I’m looking to purchase an LCD flat screen tv along with a Blu Ray player in the near future. Can anyone provide some info/suggestions as to what cords or other accessories I’d need that wouldn’t be included with tv and player? Any help is appreciated.
you wold need a blue-ray disc player and those are expensive
i noticed that some blu-ray players have a network adapter on them for internet connectivity, what is that for exactly, would it be because some movies have to be activated on that specific blu-ray disc player like you have to do with some computer software. . . .
